Kari Wuhrer was born April 28th, 1967. She is an American actor and singer. Wuhrer began her career as she was in her teens. Her most well-known role is for playing Maggie Beckett on the TV show Sliders as well in the role of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror comedy movie Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was born in Brookfield Connecticut as the daughter of Karin Noble and worked as a pay clerk as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer. She has 3 siblings. As a teenager, she was a singer who was a regular in the clubs, escaping from the family in order for the sake of performing. Kari Wuhrer, born in 1967 was an American model, performer and actress. She took drama classes at Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College, Marymount Manhattan College and The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in which she was taught by a professor renowned as Uta. Kari began acting when she was still a teenager. Kari got her first big breakthrough in the form of MTV Remote Control in 1987.
