Lisa Edelstein was an American actor who gained notoriety for her role as the main character of Fox's House medical series. After being raised by traditional Jews from Wayne, New York City was where she set her sights to study theater at Tisch. The school soon became a fixture in the New York club scene and was soon becoming the talk of the town. Also, the press noticed her. She utilised both her training in music and fame to write and perform in a brand new musical called Positive Me. The first time she was hired, she got her first position at MTV as the presenter of Awake on The Wild Side shortly after. Once it went off the show, she started appearing in films and television production at first in small roles and gradually established herself as an actor.
