Simone Biles was an American gymnast born on the 14th of March 1997 in Columbus, Ohio. Biles is believed to be one of the greatest gymnasts. The 2016 Olympics took place in Rio de Janeiro and Biles became the U.S.'s only female gymnast ever to win 4 gold medals. She also claimed the title of world champion for all-around three times consecutively (2013-15). Biles together with her siblings Adria as well as her brother Ronald Biles were adopted as children by the grandparents from Houston. Simone's love for gymnastics first began at the age of six after a visit with her day care group to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained with Aimee Borman's guidance from 2011. Biles earned a silver in vault in 2010 and also a bronze at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Biles then advanced to the level of elite competition in the year 2011. She was the most dominant in her sport just two years later. Biles was distinguished by her consistency in performance, vivacious personality as well as the difficult routines she performed at the four events she competed in including vault, uneven bars and balance beam.
